Returns Policy:

You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by DesignJetUSA.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error.

If the item is opened, used, or returned because of customer error, customer will be responsible for return freight shipping cost.

Customer will also be responsible for opened and used consumables such as ink or paper and will be charged 50% of the cost of ink or paper.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please keep the crate it was delivered in for at least 30 days or longer if possible.

By purchasing and accepting delivery of your item you accept the terms of our return and trade-in policy.

Receiving a Refund or Trade Credit:

We'll issue a refund after we receive and process your return or trade credit. You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of the return. (though in many cases
you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

•  5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return or trade from the shipper
•  3 to 5 business days for us to process your return or trade credit
•  The time it takes your bank to process our refund or trade credit request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned or trade item.

If the return and refund do not appear in your account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return or trade, please contact us for help.
